We also work with a small selection of stockists on a sale or return basis, if this is how you prefer to work then please do still get in touch to discuss options.

We pride ourselves on our close working relationship with our wholesale stockists, Charlotte will always be on hand to help you choose the best products for your shop/online business and to answer any questions.
Here’s a few more details that we think are pretty important:
Our minimum order value for first orders is £200. We do not have any minimum order quantities on products.
Free shipping is available on orders over £350. Any order value under this will incur shipping costs, usually between £5 to £20 for UK deliveries, dependent on products ordered & service used.
Our current lead time is approximately 21 days, though this can change dependent on order size and work load. All of our products are made to order by Charlotte. It’s best to get in touch for an accurate estimate of delivery time frames.
All of our packing is plastic free and/or reused. We only purchase water soluble packing peanuts and paper packaging, but sometimes reuse plastic packaging that we have received from suppliers.
All homeware products come with either a paper belly band or swing tag, and jewellery is supplied on backing cards or in cardboard boxes.
We welcome custom order requests! A majority of our products can be made in any colour or design requested – perhaps we could colour match your brand colours? Get in touch to discuss!
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Delivery will not be made until payment is made, unless previously arranged. Reorder payment terms can be negotiated as required.
